Refund Policy

2. Credits & Validity
- Credits purchased via our platform expire 60 days from the date of purchase.
- After expiration, unused Credits will be forfeited and will no longer be available or refundable.
3. Refund Eligibility & Non-Refundable Items
- Credits once purchased are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
- In general, no refunds will be issued for unused credits or partial usage.
- In exceptional circumstances (e.g. prolonged platform outage, system failure), we may provide partial credits or refunds at our discretion.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under extraordinary circumstances, please:
- Contact our support team at support@vocra.ai with your account details, transaction ID, and reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review your request and may ask for further information.
- If approved, we will credit your account or issue a refund via the original payment method within a reasonable period (typically up to 14 business days, unless otherwise stated).
5. Cancellation & Forfeiture
- You may cancel your subscription or credit plan at any time.
- Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current paid period.
- Any unused Credits at cancellation may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed.
- No refunds will be given for canceled subscriptions beyond the current billing period.
6. Exceptions & Discretion
- We may grant exceptions or make adjustments in rare or extraordinary cases.
- Such exceptions are solely at our discretion and do not set a binding precedent for future requests.
7. Changes to Policy
We may process or host data outside India (e.g. AWS, GCP, AI service providers abroad). Where data is transferred internationally, we will:

- Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
